Overview
The Cessna 152 is a small two-seat trainer that replaced the very similar Cessna 150. It was built from 1977 to 1985, and more than 7,500 were made.
Cheap to run and forgiving to fly, it is still one of the most common training aircraft at flying schools. The earlier Cessna 150 was used by many air forces, including Sri Lanka's, for basic flying training.
